Recommendations for Assigning Role Designations:
- Invite at the right level of the Hierarchy: Invite Users at the Level they will need to manage (eg. invite a League Manager at the sub-Organization level if they will be overseeing multiple seasons or competitions. Or, invite to ONLY to a specific Competition if their involvement will be isolated to that league / tournament)
- Capabilities are additive. Minimize the number of roles each where possible though: For example, you might have a League Manager who is also a Scorekeeper. It might be more efficient to invite them into the League as an Admin instead, as this role will provide capabilities for both.
