Waivers (Signing Waivers)

Overview: SportNinja offers the ability to embed / integrate the signing of Waivers into your player enrollment process.

Example (Waiver Signing):

Step 1:  Email - Each player receives an email invite to join their team.

Step 2:  Waiver Review & Approval - After clicking the "Create Account" they will be presented with your Waiver to review and accept.

Step 3:  Credentials Entry - Only after accepting the waiver, will they be directed to an account creation page to populate their user profile and password.

Step 4:  Team Invite Accepted - After hitting "create account" they will be re-directed to their profile page including Team Membership(s).

Step 5:  Waiver Report/Reconciliation - On each Team Roster is a column confirming each player's waiver acceptance status. 

Step 6:  Game Roster Set up - If a player has not signed the required waiver, they will show up at the bottom of the Game Set up screen (where Scorekeeper's confirm attendance) and will not be available to be checked in for any games.
