Set up and edit - League Officials (Refs, Scorekeepers)

Overview:  Add / invite or edit your League Officials on the "Officials" tab. 

League Officials are:

• Referees
• Scorekeepers
• Timekeepers 

Note: that it is possible to add your League Officials to any level of a hierarchy:  Org > Sub-Org > Competition > Game

(We would recommend you chose the level that makes sense based on the leagues or competitions they will be supporting)

Steps:

1.  Locate the "Officials" tab (based upon the level of the hierarchy you are looking to add/update your officials). Click the "Create Official" button on the far right.

2. Input the Official's First Name, Last Name and Email. 

 

3. Select their Role.

 

4. Hit Submit, when ready, and the system will invite the Official into your League or Competition. 

5.  The Official will receive an email invitation to confirm and automatically be associated with that specific organization / league / competition.
