Overview: SportNinja offers the ability to embed your Waiver into your player enrolment process. Either at the point of Registration, OR upon Invite into their individual Teams.
Steps to add your Waiver:
1.) Add your Waiver Content to your Account:
Go to your Account Settings in the top-right corner of your screen when logged into your account on the Web platform.
Under the Waivers tab. Add your Waiver Content.
2.) Turn on Request Waiver functionality for your Organization:
Go to your Organization and "Edit", then select your Waiver and turn ON.
Steps to Send Waiver form:
Team Invite - Example
Send Invite - Send an invite to an Individual, OR Import a CSV file and send invites to the whole Roster at one time.
Email invite - Each player will receive an email invite to join their team.
Waiver Review & Approval - After clicking "Sign-up" they will be presented with your Waiver to review and accept.
Credentials Entry - Only after accepting the waiver, will they be directed to user account creation page to populate their profile and password.
Waiver Acceptance - Review - On each Team Roster is a column confirming each player's waiver acceptance status.
Scorekeeper Verification (Game Roster Set up): If a player has not signed the required waiver, they will show up at the bottom of the Game Set up screen and will not be available to play any games until they have signed.
