How to Setup Team Rosters
- Beginning at the "Game View", click on either the "Setup Home Roster" or "Setup Visitor Roster" buttons to begin the Team Setup flow.
- To toggle a player state, click anywhere in the Player Name to select between Playing, Injured, or Suspended. If a player is Away, but not injured or suspended, click on the "Playing" button to deselect it, and this will mark the player "Away".
- When ready to proceed, click on the orange "Next" button in the top right corner.

How to Change a Player Jersey Number
- To change a player Jersey Number, click on the arrow at the far right of the player row to open the "Edit Player" view.
- Click on the player number and use the numeric keypad to make changes.
- When finished, click on the back arrow at the top left of the screen.

How to set a starting lineup
Note: You must select at least a Starting Goaltender to continue with the team setup. This ensures that the Goaltender statistics are recorded.
- To set your starting lineup, click anywhere on the player row to select a starting player.
- When ready to proceed, click on the orange "Next" button in the top right corner.

How to Setup Game Officials
- Begin by clicking the "Setup Game Officials" button. This will open the "Official Setup" flow.
- Click on the "Add Referee" button to open the "Add Referee" screen.
- You can select a referee by either:
- Clicking in the "Search" field at the top of the list to enter the name of an existing Referee.
- Swiping the body of the screen up or down to scroll the list of existing Referees, and then clicking on your desired selection.
- Click the "Create a New Referee" button, and then following the prompts to create a new Referee.
- When ready to proceed, click on the orange "Next" button in the top right corner.

How to Setup and Start Periods
- Beginning in the "Game Screen", when both Teams are setup, and the Game Officials are selected, you are now ready to start a game. To start the game click the orange "Score Game" button.
- Next, click on the "Start Game" button below the Team Logos.
- Next, set the Period Length by using the keypad using both minutes and seconds.
- Important!: Be sure to enter both Minutes and Seconds. For example, 1-5-0-0 will properly setup a 15 minute period. 1-5 will only setup a 15 second period, and will make it impossible to score the game properly.
- Click "Confirm" to complete the period setup. You have now started the game.

How to Score and Edit Goals
How to Score a Goal
- Beginning in the "Scoring" screen, click on the '+' button directly beneath the Team that has scored the goal you wish to record.
- Next, set the "Time of Goal" by using the keypad to record the time showing on the official game clock using both minutes and seconds. Then click "Confirm" to move to the next step.

Important!: Be sure to enter both Minutes and Seconds. For example, 1-2-4-2 will represent a goal scored at 12:42.
- To select the Goal Scorer, click on the jersey number that corresponds to the player identified by the referee.

(Optional) If the Referee has awarded any assists, click on the jersey number(s) that correspond with the appropriate players.
Note: If you make a mistake with any of the selections, simply click on the wrong jersey number, and then re-select the correct player.
- Click on the "Confirm" button to advance to the "Goal Summary", and click "Confirm" again to complete the flow.

How to Edit a Goal
- Beginning in the "Scoring" screen, click on the 'Goals' Icon in the center of the screen, between the Goal buttons. This will open the "Edit Goal" screen.
- Next, click on the Pencil Icon that is beside the Goal that you wish to edit. This will open the "Goal Summary" screen.
- From the Goal Summary screen, you can choose to:
- Edit the Time of Goal
- Edit the Scorer
- Edit the Assists
- Delete the Goal
- To edit the Goal, click on the appropriate "EDIT" button and follow the prompts. However, if you wish to "Delete" the Goal, click on the Garbage Can Icon to remove the record.
- Click, "Confirm", when you are ready to proceed.
- Then click on the "Back" arrow beside "Edit Goal" in the top left of the window to return to the scoring window.

How to Record and Edit Penalties
How to Record a Penalty
- Beginning in the "Scoring" screen, click on the '+' button directly beneath the Team that has been given a penalty.
- Next, set the "Time of Penalty" by using the keypad to record the time showing on the official game clock using both minutes and seconds. Then click "Confirm" to move to the next step.

Important!: Be sure to enter both Minutes and Seconds. For example, 1-1-4-2 will represent a goal scored at 11:42.

To select the Penalized Player, click on the jersey number that corresponds to the player identified by the referee.
Note: If you make a mistake with any of the selections, simply click on the wrong jersey number, and then re-select the correct player.

Enter the "Length of the Penalty" using ONLY the minutes for this field.
Note: Unlike the previous field, this screen does not use the seconds.
- Next, select the appropriate Penalty by either:
- Clicking in the "Search" field at the top of the list to enter the name of the Penalty.
- Swiping the body of the screen up or down to scroll the list of Penalties, and then clicking on your desired selection.
- Click on the "Confirm" button to advance to the "Penalty Summary".
- (Optional) To change the "Server" of the Penalty, click on the "EDIT" button at the right side of the "Server" field to open the Jersey Selection window. Just as you selected the penalized player, you can not select the appropriate number of the player that will be serving the penalty.
- Click the "Confirm" button to complete the Penalty flow.

How to Edit a Penalty
- Beginning in the "Scoring" screen, click on the 'Penalties' Icon in the center of the screen, between the Penalty buttons. This will open the "Edit Penalty" screen.
- Next, click on the Pencil Icon that is beside the Penalty that you wish to edit. This will open the "Penalty Summary" screen.
- From the Penalty Summary screen, you can choose to:
- Edit the Time of the Penalty
- Edit the Offending Player
- Edit the Type of Penalty
- Edit the Serving Player
- Delete the Penalty
- To edit the Penalty, click on the appropriate "EDIT" button and follow the prompts. However, if you wish to "Delete" the Penalty, click on the Garbage Can Icon to remove the record.
- Click, "Confirm", when you are ready to proceed.
- Then click on the "Back" arrow beside "Edit Penalty" in the top left of the window to return to the scoring window.

How to Record or Edit Shots
How to Record Shots
- Beginning in the "Scoring" screen, click on the '+' button beside "Shots" and directly beneath the Team that has recorded a shot on goal. This will add a single shot, one-at-a-time.

How to Edit / Remove Shots
- Beginning in the "Scoring" screen, click on the 'Shots' Icon in the center of the screen, between the Shots buttons. This will open the "Delete Shot" option.
- Click on the '-' button beside "Shots" and directly beneath the Team from which you wish to remove a shot. This will add a single shot, one-at-a-time.
- Click anywhere on else on the screen to return to the normal mode.

How to End Periods and Games
How to End a Period
- Beginning in the "Game Screen", click on the "End #th Period" button. This will open a confirmation window asking you to confirm that you wish to end the Period. Click "Yes" to end the period.
Important Note! You CANNOT return to a period once it has been ended.
- To Start the next Period, click on the "Start Next Period" button, and then follow the "How to Setup and Start Periods" instructions above to begin your next period.
-OR- To End the Game, follow the "How to End a Game" instructions below.

How to End a Game
Note: You must have ended a Period, and be in an intermission to end a game.
- Beginning in the "Game Screen", click on the "End Game" button. This will begin the "End Game" flow.
Note: If you click the End Game button by accident, you can return to the Game Screen by clicking on the "Back Arrow" in the top left of the screen.
- You will be prompted to collect signatures from the Game Officials to complete the game. Please hand the mobile device to the indicated individual to complete the process.
- To sign the Gamesheet, Officials need to click on the Row containing their name, and then signing inside the box as demonstrated.
- When they have signed inside the box, they can click "Complete" to proceed before the next Official follows the same procedure.
- When all of the Game Official Signatures have been collected, click the "Complete Game" button to End the Game.
Important Note! You CANNOT return to a Game once it has been ended. If you require any changes to the Gamesheet, you must contact a Competition Administrator to make post-game adjustments.
